Tamar Rowing Club 2026 Annual Dinner and Presentation Evening

Published Thu 09 Jul 2026

Tamar Rowing Club held their Annual Dinner and Presentation Evening on Saturday 20 June 2026 at the club.
The evening started with a boat naming ceremony to christen and name three boats. To honour our most recent National level successful club members Ciona Wilson and Henry Youl, a quad/four and a pair/double were named after them.
Congratulations to Henry and Ciona on their amazing careers. You represented the club amazingly and Tamar is very proud to call you members.
We also christened our new eight as "Spirit of Tamar".
Our Presentation Evening followed this, where we celebrated another successful year at the Club. From some very successful results at all levels of regattas, include State Pennant and Championships, School Regattas and the Australian Rowing Championships, to organising learn to row programs for all age groups.
